Daniel Webster College Fire Marshalls

Responsibilities

1. Working knowledge of the DWC Emergency Manual.
2. Working knowledge of the DWC Emergency Notification System.
3. All Marshalls have to be opted into the Text messaging system.
4. Working knowledge on evacuation procedures.
5. Know the location of their respective buildings assembly point.
6. Working knowledge on lockdown procedures.
7. Know the locations in your respective buildings for fire extinguishers, fire pull stations, fire exits, emergency contact numbers.
8. During an emergency situation involving your respective building you are responsible that proper procedures are followed and the safety of the occupants.
9. If needed to render assistance to DWC Campus Safety during an emergency incident.
10. Furnish the Director of Safety with your cell phone number; in case of a lockdown communication within the building can occur.
11. Present at all training called for by the Director of Safety
