Organizational Leadership
Successful business careers require an understanding
of all the major disciplines within the spheres of business and
management. The evolution of organizational and market structures
towards team-based and networked work environments, and rapid change
associated with new technologies, places increased emphasis on a
manager’s ability to create new visions for the organization, to promote
important values, to motivate people, and to communicate effectively
with them – in other words, to demonstrate Leadership.
The Organizational Leadership degree program is
designed to provide a strong knowledge base in business and management
theory, and to promote growth in both the highly interpersonal skill and
hands-on practice of leadership roles within an organization.
