Bachelor of Science
Organizational Leadership

Successful business careers require an understanding of all the major disciplines within the spheres of business and management. The evolution of organizational and market structures towards team-based and networked work environments, and rapid change associated with new technologies, places increased emphasis on a manager’s ability to create new visions for the organization, to promote important values, to motivate people, and to communicate effectively with them – in other words, to demonstrate Leadership.

The Organizational Leadership degree program is designed to provide a strong knowledge base in business and management theory, and to promote growth in both the highly interpersonal skill and hands-on practice of leadership roles within an organization.
