How to Obtain Your Military Transcripts

Transcripts documenting your military training and experience, and DANTES exams are issued by the individual branches of the military:

• AARTS (Army/American Council on Education Registry Transcript Service)
• CCAF (Community College of the Air Force)
• CGI Form 1560/04e (Coast Guard Institutes Educational Assessment Worksheet needed to obtain a Coast Guard transcript)
• SMART (Sailor/Marine American Council on Education Registry Transcript for both the Navy and Marine Corps)
