Weather Cancellations
for Graduate, Continuing and Distance Education
As weather conditions are frequently more
treacherous after dark, weather decisions regarding
cancellation for evening classes often differ from
the daytime decision.
Cancellation of evening classes is made by 3:00 pm,
and on the
radio stations
previously listed. Information is also available
through the college's information line,
603-577-6200, extension 4599.
The decision for Saturday classes offered through
the Office of Continuing Studies is normally made by
6 am and also announced on the radio stations -- see
link above.
If the college elects to remain open, students who
believe it is too treacherous to drive should notify
their instructors accordingly. GCS faculty who
decide to cancel a class or classes must notify the
Dean of Continuing Studies, 603-577-6500.
