Adjunct Faculty for Master
of Business Administration Degree
Daniel Webster College is searching for adjunct faculty to teach in the
MBA degree program offered in Nashua and Portsmouth as well as for the ONLINE
MBA for Aviation Professionals. We seek faculty with strong teaching interests
and skills in the disciplines of aviation and business management. Masters
degrees are required and doctorates preferred. Appropriate industry experience
is a benefit and required in some areas.

Adjunct Faculty
If you would like to teach for Daniel Webster College, please be
aware that teaching for our undergraduate or graduate programs requires
meeting or exceeding the following requirements for the specified program
to be taught.
All adjunct faculty teaching undergraduate or graduate courses must meet
the following requirements:
- Minimum of a Masters degree
- A Ph.D. in or closely related to the discipline is highly desirable
- Specific coursework in the discipline and topic
- Receive division approval
- Prior teaching experience is highly desirable and may be required
for some courses
All corporate instructors should meet the
following:
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant industry experience
- Consulting experience in a variety of industries a plus
- Industry certification if applicable
For Distance Education (Online) courses, the above requirements apply,
and in addition:
- Be computer savvy
- Have computer and Internet access
- Complete the four-week, DWC online training program
MBA instructors must meet the criteria above and in addition
- A Ph.D. in or closely related to the discipline is preferred
- The four-week online training course may not be required, however
the shortened training course in Blackboard software use is required
MBA and EXCEL instructors must use existing course packs, and follow
the provided syllabus. Some special training may be required to ensure understanding
of the cohort model. An interview with the appropriate coordinator is normally
required.
