Creating A New Message
To send an E-Mail, click on the new message icon. There are
a few options that you have for the e-mail. From the message screen
you can: attach a file, set the priority, or click on the options button.

Message Options
There are some additional options that you have for sending
you E-Mail,, you can: set the importance and/or sensitivity of the message,
request a delivery and/or a read receipt.

Managing E-Mail
You can create folders to organize you messages. To
create a new folder, click on the down arrow next to the new message icon
and select new folder. You can name your folder and select where you
want to place it. Select your name to place it in your main directory
or inbox to have the new folder created in that directory.

Deleting Messages

The way to empty the deleted items folder has changed
since the previous version. Now you must first click on the deleted
items folder and then click on the empty deleted items icon.

You can now recover the contents of the deleted icons
folder by selecting the recover deleted items icon.

Preview Pane

You now have two options for viewing the preview pane:
horizontally or vertically

To change the view, click on the reading pane icon on
the toolbar and select your preferred view.
