Inserting a Signature
To insert a signature in your e-mail click on insert
signature once you have finished writing your message
Creating a Signature
To create a signature go to the options menu (refer to the
new features section if you need to locate it) and click on edit signature.
You can choose to have the signature to be included in all
your e-mail (it automatically appends it to the end of the message) or you
can insert it manually.

The signature editor looks similar to the new message
editor. Type your signature to your preferences. Once you finish your
signature click on save and close (for the signature editor and the options
menu if you made changes).
