Information Technology Services

The Information Technology Services department
supports technology on campus in the residence halls, classrooms,
faculty offices, library, computer labs, academic and administrative
services. The residence halls are completely wired and wireless
access is available across the entire campus. Students are provided
accounts on the campus file, web, and email servers.

The ITS department supports:
- Desktop Technology
- Residence Hall Connections
- Telephone (NOT long distance - see business office)
- Technical support in classrooms
- Computer Labs across campus, Internet, Email, Web services
- Administrative Information Systems
If you require support, please visit the Help Desk at the Eaton Richmond
Center, or call them at x6522.
In addition, students have opportunities to work for ITS as web team
members and help desk assistants (HDA).
