Pathfinder: Air Rage

Scope:  As a result of a recent survey of 200 airlines worldwide, the problem of air rage is on the rise. An unruly or disruptive airline passenger is anyone who fails to respect the rules of conduct and safety while onboard an aircraft. (ICAO, No. 2 2001)  Incidents of air rage caused by passengers include assault on crew members or other passengers, fights among intoxicated passengers, child molestation, sexual harassment, vandalizing, illegal consumption of drugs, and refusal to stop smoking or consuming alcohol.
