Pathfinder: Consumer Behavior

SCOPE:  Consumer behavior is defined as those activities directly involved in selecting, obtaining, using, and disposing of products, services, and ideas to satisfy needs and desires, including the decision processes that precede and follow these actions. (Manstead, The Blackwell Encyclopedia of Social Psychology) The purpose of this pathfinder is to serve as a guideline for the student in locating library resources on the topic of consumer behavior. It is not intended as a comprehensive listing, but as a selective sampling of some of the many resources available in the library.
