SCOPE:   The term philosophy refers to a particular persons beliefs and presuppositions about the world.  Philosophy deals with problems about certain areas of human activity as science, morality, art, literature, religion, and life. ( Iannone, Dictionary of World Philosophy) The purpose of this pathfinder is to serve as a guideline in locating library resources on this topic. It is not intended as a comprehensive listing of all the materials available in the library, but as a selective sampling of resources.
