Pathfinder: Reproductive Rights

Scope|Subject Headings|Overview Sources|Circulating Books|Periodicals, Journals & Trade Publications|Websites

SCOPE:  The possibility of the Supreme Court decision concerning abortion in Roe V Wade being overturned is the subject for much debate. Surveys prove that more Americans favor abortion and the woman's right to choose, but many believe that there should be restrictions on reproductive rights. There is often a furor over such birth control measures as RU-486, the abortion pill, and partial birth abortions. The purpose of this pathfinder is to serve as a guideline for the students in locating library resources on the topic of reproductive rights. It is not intended as a comprehensive listing, but as a selective sampling of some of the many types of resources that are available in the library.
