Daniel Webster College (DWC) was founded in 1965, in Nashua, New Hampshire, as the New England Aeronautical Institute (NEAI). In 1978, the NEAI was merged with its junior-college division to form Daniel Webster College, a private institution with a focus on business education. Today, DWC offers undergraduate and graduate degrees in Accounting, Aeronautical Engineering, Air Traffic Management, Aviation Management, Business Management, Computer Science, Construction Management, Electrical and Computer Engineering, Game Design and Development, Gaming, Simulation and Robotics, Health Services Management, Homeland Security, Management Information Systems, Marketing Management, Mechanical Engineering, Psychology, Sport Management, and Business Administration (online only).
The Board of Directors of Daniel Webster College is responsible for the governance of the College. Board members closely monitor the academic quality of the College to further the College's goal of effectively serving the students, the College community, and the public interest.
Primary responsibility for pursuing the mission and implementing Board policy rests with the President. Academic affairs are managed by the Vice President for Academic Affairs and Chief Academic Officer, in consultation with the faculty of the College.
