Lynn A. Brooks, J.D.
Principal of L.A. Brooks & Associates
Lynn A. Brooks is the President of L.A. Brooks & Associates, an independent consulting company focused on the areas of education, financial, legal and strategic planning, information services, construction, general management and leadership. L.A. Brooks & Associates was founded in 1988 with over 40 years of diversified management, financial, academic, legal and technical experience with emphasis on building organizations and managing change. Prior to that, Mr. Brooks was President and Chief Executive Officer of Lincoln College of New England from 2009 to 2010. From 2003 to 2009 Mr. Brooks served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Briarwood College where he also was the Provost and Chief Operating Officer from 2002 to 2003. Mr. Brooks was Senior Vice President of Connecticut College from 1999 to 2000 and Vice President for Finance from 1990 to 1999. Mr. Brooks is a member of several education and civic committees. He also served in the US Navy from 1962 to 1969. Mr. Brooks holds a BS from the United States Naval Academy and a JD from the University of Michigan Law School.
Rodney J. Conard, Ph.D.

Rodney J. Conard is the President of Conard Associates, Inc., a management consulting firm located in Nashua, New Hampshire. Dr. Conard founded Conard Associates in 1989 and has had consulting relationships over the past 20 years with a wide range of educational institutions and knowledge-based service organizations, as well as many international, national, regional and local private sector businesses across a wide range of industries. Dr. Conard served as a director, management consulting services at Coopers & Lybrand from 1985 to 1989. From 1980 to 1985, he held director positions, including director, human resources and director, performance improvement, with A.G. Becker. Dr. Conard was executive director, performance effectiveness programs at the University of Kansas from 1977 to 1980. Dr. Conard also served on the Board of Trustees of Daniel Webster College from June 2008 to June 2009, including serving as Chair from January 2009 to June 2009. Dr. Conard holds the following degrees from the University of Kansas: a Doctor of Philosophy degree in Applied Behavioral Sciences - Organizational Behavior Management, a Master of Philosophy degree in Applied Behavioral Sciences and a Bachelor of Arts degree in Applied Behavioral Sciences.

Newton B. Gleason is the Director of Solutions Product Management, Industry Solutions Group for Cisco Systems, Inc. located in Boxborough, Massachusetts. Mr. Gleason has over 20 years of market driven IT service solutions experience including international business development & management. Mr. Gleason served as a Senior Manager for Cisco from 2007 to 2010 where he drove the development of new services to customers worldwide. Prior to working for Cisco, Mr. Gleason worked for Getronics, Inc./Wang Global services from 2002 to 2007 in positions ranging from Vice President of Alliances to Director of US Security Practice. Prior to that, Mr. Gleason worked for Computer Associates from 1998 to 2002. Mr. Gleason holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Management from Plymouth State University.
James A. Homer

James A. Homer is the senior Vice President for Sales and Marketing of Jones and Bartlett Holdings, LLC, joining J & B in 2008. Prior to that, he was Senior Vice President of Pearson learning Solutions, a division of Pearson education. Mr. Homer's background includes fifteen years in business development, acquisitions, general management, sales, marketing, and product development for organizations such as Proctor and Gamble, MCI Communications, and The Thompson Corporation. He holds a bachelor's degree in political science from American University.
June M. McCormack
Executive Vice President, and President, Online Division, ITT Educational Services, Inc.
June M. McCormack has served as ITT Educational Services, Inc.'s Executive Vice President, and President of the ITT/ESI Online Division since 2008. From 2000 to 2007, she served as Executive Vice President of Servicing, Information Technology and Sales Marketing with SLM Corporation in Indiana. Ms. McCormack served in multiple executive capacities over a fourteen year period in the areas of leading sales, marketing and product development for the nation's largest guarantor of education loans as well as effecting multiple accretive mergers and acquisitions for USA Group and SLM Corporation, Virginia, respectively. Ms. McCormack holds a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of Virginia and a Bachelor of Arts degree from Albertus Magnus College.
John N. Racho

Racho is Principal/Vice President of John Galt Staffing, Inc. in Boston, a company specializing in providing contractors in the information technology, hardware engineering, manufacturing and life science fields. Mr. Racho has been with John Galt Staffing since 1998 and previously worked as a corporate recruiter and recruiting manager. Mr. Racho holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration from Boston University.
John Whittaker, Ed.D.
Dr. John Whittaker has over 25 years of higher education experience, and most recently served as Vice President for Administration/CFO for the State University of New York Maritime College from 2008 to 2010. Prior to this, Dr. Whittaker served as the Director of Resource Management for the University of New Mexico from 2004 to 2006. From 1999 to 2004 Dr. Whittaker was Vice Chancellor for Administrative Affairs for the University of Hawaii. Dr. Whittaker was Special Assistant to the President of Roxbury Community College from 1995 to 1999, which led to his appointment as Chairperson of the Strategic Planning Committee and Enrollment Marketing Task Force for Roxbury Community College. Dr. Whittaker was the Director of Budget and Fiscal Affairs for the Massachusetts Board of Higher Education from 1990 to 1995 and held the same position for the Connecticut Board of Higher Education from 1989 to 1990. Dr. Whittaker currently serves as a member of many education and civic committees. Dr. Whittaker served in the US Army from 1968 to 1973. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Education from Northeastern University, an MBA from Babson College and an Ed.D. from the University of Massachusetts.
John A. Yena
Chairman of the Board, Emeritus, Johnson & Wales University
John A. Yena is the Chairman of the Board, Emeritus of Johnson & Wales University ("JWU"), a postsecondary educational institution. Dr. Yena joined JWU in 1963 as an instructor in economics and accounting. Since that time, he has held a number of administrative positions at JWU, including Dean, Vice President and Executive Vice President. Dr. Yena served as President and Chief Executive Officer of JWU from 1989 to 2004. He became Chairman of the Board of JWU in 2004. Over his career, Dr. Yena has been involved in a number of national educational organizations, including serving as president and treasurer of the Association of Independent Colleges and Schools, a member of the Accrediting Commission of Independent Colleges and Schools, chair of the Collegiate Council of the Accrediting Commission and served on the Education Credit and Credentials Commission of the American Council on Education. In 1998, he was appointed to the National Advisory Committee on Institutional Quality and Integrity for the United States Department of Education. Dr. Yena holds a Masters of Business Administration degree and a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Rhode Island. He has also been awarded Honorary Doctorates from Detroit College, Constantinian University and the University of Bridgeport.
Richard G. Zeeman
Senior Vice President, Operations, ITT Educational Services, Inc.
Richard G. Zeeman has served as ITT/ESI's Senior Vice President, Operations since February 2010. He served as a District Manager of ITT/ESI from 2007 to 2010, and as a College Director of ITT/ESI from 2005 to 2007. From 2001 to 2005, Mr. Zeeman was a Vice President in the Financial Services Division of Hondros College. Prior to that, Mr. Zeeman held various underwriter, consultant and management positions with Farmers Insurance Group from 1992 to 2001. He holds a Master of Liberal Arts degree from the Baker University School of Professional and Graduate Studies, a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Kansas Wesleyan University and an Associate of Science degree in Business Administration from Marymount College.
