DWC Flight Instructor Compensation, Benefits, and Incentives

Currently the pay scale for Flight Instructors is:

Effective September 1st, 2007

PAY SCALE WEEKLY BASE PAY BLOCK PAY (1.5 HR.)
Entry level $260.00 $13.50 per block
Grade 1 $270.00 $14.50 per block
Grade 2 $280.00 $15.50 per block
Grade 3 $300.00 $17.00 per block
Grade 4 $350.00 $19.50 per block

Other incentives and benefits may include:
