ACE (overnight) Camp FAQs
Who can attend? Any student entering his/her junior
or senior year in high school who has an interest in a
career in aviation.
How big is the camp?
Size is limited to 120 campers, and registration will be
taken on a first-come, first-served basis. So hurry and
get your registration form to us right away!
Where will I live?
You'll stay in a college residence hall like any college
student. Camp counselors and residence hall advisors
will be on duty 24 hours a day to make your stay more
enjoyable. Delicious meals are served in the student
dining hall, catered by Aramark Food Services.
When does camp start and end? You should check in at
Daniel Webster College on Monday, starting with
registration on August 4, 2008 at 8:30 a.m.
Activities are scheduled to begin at 10:00 a.m. that
day. Camp ends on Friday August 8, 2008, with an awards
ceremony and picnic for parents and students at 12:00
noon.
What does camp cost? The tuition
for Ace Camp 2008 is $845, which includes all flights,
flight instruction, all other camp activities, room and
board, and a t-shirt. A $100 nonrefundable deposit is
required at the time of registration. The balance of
tuition is payable by June 30, 2008.
Are scholarships available? A few partial
scholarships are available to qualified students.

Refund policy? The $100 deposit is nonrefundable.
Requests for a refund of the balance of tuition must be
made in writing and received by June 30, 2008. No
refunds will be made after June 30.
How do I
register? Fill out the
registration form on this site, enclose the
$100 nonrefundable deposit to reserve your space, and
return the registration form and check to ACE Camp,
