- Assistant Scheduler and CFI Recruiter
Assistant Scheduler and CFI Recruiter
Successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the
Chief Scheduler to create and manage the daily flight training
schedule for 125+ students. Additionally, this position will mange
the ongoing task of recruiting Certified Flight Instructors. This
includes management of online recruiting content, traveling to and
participating in various industry events, and assisting new
applicants through the recruiting process.
This position is full-time/non-exempt. The work schedule will be
40 hours over five days a week and would likely include one weekend
day on a weekly basis during the school year.
Work experience requirements:
- Strong computer skills, including comprehensive knowledge of
Microsoft Office Suite, various Windows utilities and web based
applications.
- Demonstrated customer service skills.
- May be required to pass a background check conducted by DWC.
Education Requirements:
- 4 year college degree or equivalent
- Some basic aviation knowledge
Preferential Qualifications:
- Pilot Certificate, knowledge or training in aviation as,
Pilot, Air Traffic Controller, Airport operations, etc.
- Knowledge of Part 91 & Part 141 Federal Aviation Regulations
- Human resources experience
- Marketing and/or sales experience
