The mission of the Bachelor of Science in Psychology program is to teach skills and knowledge that help students prepare for entry-level employment opportunities in the applied behavioral sciences. The program is based on a scientist-practitioner model, which includes the core competencies that allow students to pursue a graduate degree. The program also provides experiential learning, including conducting and participating in research. Additionally, the program exposes students to the application of psychology in various settings, such as the workplace and organizations that use the applied behavioral sciences.
