application at any time. Classes fill quickly, however, and the sooner
you apply, the better your chances of reserving a spot, obtaining priority
financial assistance and housing.

Do I need to submit an essay with the application
for admission?
Essays are required for the admissions process. They give us
further insight into who you are and who you would like to become.

-
Is an interview required for the application
process?
No. However, we strongly recommend that students arrange for
a personal interview with one of our Admissions Counselors and also
go on a campus tour.

I have been accepted; what is my next step?
The first step is to send in your deposit to reserve your spot
in the next class. Accepted students might also want to arrange for
an overnight campus visit to attend some classes and get a real feel
for student life at DWC. Depending on the student's major, there may
be other requirements (such as a Class II physical for flight operations
majors.) Soon after being accepted, students will receive instructions
from the Admissions Office detailing every step of the process.

Does DWC offer campus tours?
Of course! We encourage students to come and explore our campus
at their convenience. Usually students will make an appointment and
be given a student-guided tour of our facilities, as well as the chance
to have all of their questions answered by our Admissions Counselors.
DWC also offers Aviation interested students the option of a tour from
the skies in one of our college aircraft during their second visit.
