Freshmen Scholarships
Daniel Webster College Presidential Scholarships All incoming freshmen are considered for these
$15,250 scholarships immediately on acceptance to Daniel Webster College, regardless of financial need. The scholarships
are awarded based on high school GPA and combined SAT scores. This student may
be eligible for additional institutional and federal need-based assistance.
Daniel Webster College Academic Performance
Scholarships All incoming freshmen are considered for these $3,500 -
$10,500 scholarships immediately on acceptance to Daniel Webster College, regardless of financial need. The scholarships
are awarded based high school GPA and combined SAT scores. This student may
be eligible for additional institutional and federal need-based assistance.
Daniel Webster College Flight Scholarships
Value:
$500-$2,000
These scholarships are need-based and awarded to
students enrolled in a required flight practicum as part
of an aviation degree. Students may receive up to
seven of these scholarships during their enrollment in
the DWC flight program.
Lt. Edward Hoyle II
('90) Scholarship
Awarded in the fall of
each year to an aviation major entering the college as a transfer student or
freshman from (1) Boston College High School, (2) or the South Shore of Boston,
(3) or Massachusetts, (4) or, if any of the preceding criteria cannot be met, to
a student demonstrating financial need.
Michael J. Keating ('90)
Scholarship
Given in memory by his
parents and friends, it is awarded to a transfer or freshman flight operation
major. The recipient will have demonstrated financial need as determined
by the college, be a well-rounded, responsible person who has academic promise,
leadership potential, and a love of flying.
