The Daniel Webster men's lacrosse squad has been picked to finish third in the eight-team North Atlantic Conference. Four-time defending champion Mount Ida College has been chosen as the preseason favorite of the North Atlantic Conference in a vote conducted by the league’s coaches. The Mustangs received seven first place votes and 63 total points.

Mount Ida, which has yet to lose a conference game in four seasons, returns eight starters including three first team all-conference selections from a season ago.

Castleton was picked second after finishing 6-1 in league play for the second consecutive season. The Spartans, who received one first place vote and 57 points overall, return seven starters.

Maine Maritime, who returns five starters led by first team all-conference junior attacker Garrett Lake, also received one first place vote.
