Nashua - Brian Abrahamson (Dedham, Mass.) notched three goals and set up five others and Ryan Manning (Newport, N.H.) added four scores leading host Daniel Webster past Lyndon State, 11-2 in men’s lacrosse action Friday at Eagle Field.

Dana Boudreau (Chelmsford, Mass.) added a goal and assist and Chris Leyland (New Hope, Penn.) made eight saves in goal as the Eagles (2-4) halted a three-game slide and handed the Hornets (1-4) their third straight loss.

The Eagles never trailed, building a 3-1 lead after one quarter and took control with a five-goal second to lead 8-1 at the half.

Mike Jordan (Wakefield, Mass.), Zach Horchar (Balto, Md.) and Mike Stevens (Cortland, N.Y.) added single tallies for Daniel Webster.

Craig Salvagno (Trumbull, Conn.) notched a goal and assist for Lyndon State, while Sean Moore (Burlington, Vt.) added a score.

The Eagles score the first three goals of the game with Jordan opening up with the first 2:17 into the contest, while Abrahamson followed 40 seconds later and Horchar made it 3-0 at the 4:46 mark.

Salvagno notched an extra man score with 8:13 to go in the first before Abrahamson and Manning went to work, figuring in on each of the five second quarter goals with Manning netting three and Abrahamson notching two.

Manning notched his fourth 39 seconds into the third for a 9-1 game and Boudreau followed 1:14 later for a 10-1 lead.

Moore added his score with 22 seconds to go in the half.

Stevens, an all conference performer as a defender, closed out the scoring with an end-to-end run from the backfield, burying a 20 yarder for his first of the season and first since the 2006 season.

The Eagles get right back to action Saturday as they host Mitchell at 2:00 p.m. Lyndon hosts Johnson State Monday at 4:00 p.m.
