Eagles Fall At Thomas, 13-6

Lewiston, Maine – Tied 2-2 after one and within two goals (5-3) at the half, the Daniel Webster men’s lacrosse squad couldn’t keep pace as host Thomas pulled away for a 13-6 victory Saturday in North Atlantic Conference action.

Ryan Manning led the Eagles (3-7, 0-6 NAC) with three scores, while Colby Field added two and Brian Abrahamson added one.

The Terrier (7-4, 4-3 NAC) were paced by five goals from Mike Ross, while Kolby Peckham added four.

Chris Leyland finished with 17 saves for the Eagles, who close their 2008 campaign this coming Monday at Becker beginning at 4:00 p.m.
