Eagles Fall In Bahamas to Skidmore

Nassau, Bahamas - The Daniel Webster women's basketball team dropped a 73-39 decision to Skidmore College Friday at the annual Goombay Shootout played in Nassau, Bahamas.

Erin Moseley (Sterling, Mass.) led the Eagles (4-4) with 14 points and nine rebounds, while Sarah Shea (Quincy, Mass.) chipped in with nine points.

The Thoroughbreds (6-3) were paced by 21 points from Kellye Caufield, while Sarlyn Harper added 13.

The Eagles return home Thursday, January 11th to host Wheelock College beginning at 6:00 p.m. The game is part of a women's-men's doubleheader at Vagge Gymnasium as the men host Western New England at 8:00 p.m.
