  1. Are there any other meal plans offered in addition to the 19 meals-a-week plan?
    Yes. The college also offers 15 and a 10 meals-a-week plans. More information is available from Sodexo (603.577.6478) dining hall services.

  2. I'm in a townhouse; can I purchase the meal plan?
    Yes. After approval by Student Financial Services, you can notify Sodexo (dining hall services) of your meal plan choice (19, 15 or 10 meals-a-week plan) to code your account.

  3. I'm a commuter, but I'd like to have a meal plan.
    That's not a problem. Please contact Sodexo (dining hall services) directly for their various commuter meal plan options. Their phone number is 603.577.6478.

  4. My room description does not match the type of housing I requested.
    Please contact Residence Life to discuss your housing assignment at 603.577.6580.

  5. Can I charge my books to my student account?
    Yes. If your financial assistance is approved and in ready for disbursement status, and/or your student account has a credit balance, you may obtain a book-slip from the Student Accounting office. The bookstore accepts cash, checks, money orders, and credit cards (MC, VISA & Discover). There are also local banks that offer checking and savings accounts.

  6. Will my security deposit be refunded?
    Yes, it will be refunded, provided your room is in satisfactory condition at the end of your residency. Refunds are available approximately one month after the end of the academic year. Please note you are responsible for the common areas as well - please keep them neat.

  7. I have been awarded a scholarship from a local business in my community. When will this appear on my bill?
    The outside scholarship will not appear on your account until the check has been received by Daniel Webster College and is posted to your account. We will notify you if the scholarship check needs your endorsement as well.

  8. I have a balance that is not covered by financial aid. Is there a payment plan available?
    Yes, we offer a no interest, no fee payment plan. Please contact Student Financial Services at 603.577.6590.
