Campus Parking and Regulations
Parking Permits
All Daniel Webster College students with a motor vehicle on campus must obtain a parking permit (sticker) within 48 hours of their arrival on campus. Stickers must be affixed to the inside of the lower left corner of the rear window or the lower left rear side window. Vehicles that do not have a properly placed sticker will be in violation. Persons changing vehicles during the year must re-register with Campus Safety. Resident students may not register more than one vehicle at a time.
Temporary Parking Permits
Temporary permits for overnight guests or students using alternate vehicles are issued by Campus Safety. Parking in fire lanes, handicapped parking zones or non parking spaces (grass, sidewalks, loading zones) is prohibited. Unregistered and/or inoperable motor vehicles will be towed.
Visitor Parking
The first row of Lot A is reserved for College visitors until 5:00 p.m. Vehicles with Daniel Webster College parking permits are prohibited from this area.
Fines
Fines will range from $25.00 to $50.00, depending on the severity of the infraction. Fines may be paid at the Business Office.
Speed Limit
A speed limit of 20 mph should be observed for the entire campus.
Campus Safety Officers have full authority to direct traffic and parking.
Exception all vehicles must be parked in designated areas except to pickup and discharge passengers or belongings in front of the halls. This should not exceed ten minutes.

Towing
D & R Towing of Nashua (880-4757) provides service for the College. Towing fees are $100.00, plus per day storage fees. Once a tow truck has arrived on campus, the full towing fee must be paid whether or not the vehicles owner claims his/her vehicle.
Snow Emergency
During a declared emergency, overnight parking is prohibited in Lots A, B & K. Vehicles remaining after 10:00 pm will be towed at the owners expense.
Parking is prohibited in Lots C, D, & E (Franklin and Gym) from 9:00 am 12:00 pm
Parking is prohibited in Lots F, G, H & J (Lincoln, Fremont, & Gates Hall) from 12:00 3:00 pm.
Posters will be places in all parking lots and on all buildings in sufficient time to ensure students can move their vehicles.
Vehicles in violation of the snow emergency regulations will be towed.
Parking violation appeals
Those persons receiving a parking summons for a violation have the right to appeal. An appeal must be filed with Campus Safety within three business days of the violation date. Once the appeal is submitted it will be scheduled for an appeals hearing at which time the recipient of the summons must appear to present his/her justification for the appeal. Once a decision has been rendered it shall be considered final.
