Daniel J. Callaghan, J.D.

Mr. Callaghan is a
senior partner in the regional law firm Devine, Millimet & Branch, P.A., working
out of the firm's Manchester, NH, office.
He practices in commercial areas of law,
including real estate development, bankruptcy reorganization, and
legislative matters.
Mr. Callaghan is director of Court
Appointed Special Advocates of New Hampshire and has served on the
boards of the New Hampshire Symphony, the New Hampshire Preservation
Alliance, and New Hampshire Public Radio.
In addition to serving as a trustee for
Daniel Webster College, he is a director of Americans for Campaign
Reform.
Mr. Callaghan joined Devine, Millimet &
Branch in 1979 following his graduation, with honors, from Villanova
University School of Law. He also earned his undergraduate degree from
Villanova.
