Heidi Crowell, M.A.
Chief Information Officer
Assistant Provost

 

Responsible for all technology on campus, including administrative and academic computing, network infrastructure, telephone system, and all Internet services.

 

Additionally, as Assistant Vice President for Academic Affairs, responsible for

• Development, execution, assessment and improvement of the College's strategic information work plan

• Representing the needs of the work plan and ITS in interfaces with appropriate College constituencies and stakeholders

• Working with Vice President of Academic Affairs to implement or advance initiatives to ensure smooth operation of the College's academic programs and resources

Joined DWC in 1995. Holds a B.S. in Business Management, with a concentration in MIS, and an M.A. in Computer Information Resource Management.

 

Heidi is involved with the New England (Nercomp) and National (Educase) Higher Education Technology Organizations, NHCUC IT Directors group, developing and administering College federal grants and private funding opportunities.

 

In addition, she is on the board of the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.
