Dr. Michael Fishbein
Provost, Vice President of Academic Affairs
As a senior academic administrator, Michael's areas of expertise include
governance, institutional effectiveness, and the development of academic
programs.
As a social psychologist, he continues to study fanaticism and the ways
social forces contribute to inhumane behavior. Michael led the initiative
to develop the new Homeland Security degree program at the College.
He holds a B.A. Psychology from Baruch College (CUNY), and an M.A. and
Ph.D. in Social Psychology from Clark University. An active member of the
community, Michael is a director of the New Hampshire Civil Liberties Union
and Temple Beth Abraham.
