William J. Midon, J.D.
Concord, MA

Mr. Midon is the founder of InterVest International, Ltd,  a partner in Belldon Development, LLC in New Jersey, a limited partner in CommonAngels Fund, LLC, and on the Board of Advisors of FA Technology Ventures, LP.

Additionally, he is a partner in Richmond Holdings, Ltd. in Bermuda, where he has participated privately in numerous real estate investments since 1981.

Mr. Midon was the founder of Business Systems, Ltd and Logic Communications in Bermuda, and Digital Systems Ltd in the Bahamas, the first Internet ISPs in both countries, as well as Professional Solutions Group in King of Prussia, PA.

He has served on several boards both as a director and in an advisory capacity.

Mr. Midon is a member of the American Bar Association, as well as the Massachusetts, Pennsylvania, and the Lawyer Pilot Bar Associations.

A keen aviator, he holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering, magna cum laude, from Villanova University, a J.D. from Boston College School of Law, and is a graduate of the YPO (Young President's Organization) Presidents' Program in Leadership from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business.
