  10. Will a pop-up blocker prevent me from accessing my course content?

If you have a “Pop-Up Blocker” installed on your system, you may be unable to access or successfully complete your assessments (quizzes, exams, tests, etc.) If the pop-up blocker software is enabled, it will not allow you to open any new windows.  You will need to disable this software while accessing your course.  If you have a browser toolbar add-on (ex. Google, Yahoo, Etc.) you will need to disable these as some of them contain pop-up blockers as well.  Any spyware programs such as Spybot, Ad-Aware, etc. can also contain pop-up blockers and will need to be disabled.
