  1. What is SOAR?
    SOAR stands for (Student Online Access to Records). User accounts are created when you enroll at DWC.

    SOAR gives you access to:

    The ability to access your academic record
    The ability to view your Business Office account

    At the site you will find:

    All courses you have taken with the grade earned
    Your semester and cumulative GPA's
    Semester grades and future semester grades will be available as soon as      they are posted
    Your class schedule so you can confirm that you are registered in the correct classes
    The master schedule to assist with class selection if you need to change your schedule
    Your student account including all charges, credits, and pending or verified financial aid
    The ability to run a degree audit to check progress toward your Associate or Bachelor of Science degree

  2. How do I log in to SOAR?
    Click here to bring you to the login page: https://eagle.dwc.edu/cafeweb/servlet/login  then enter your DWC username and password.

  3. I can’t remember what my username is?
    Please contact the Help Desk either by email helpdesk@dwc.edu or by telephone 603-577-6522 to verify your identity before we can release any account information.

  4. I can’t remember my password?
    Enter your username, and then click the ‘I forgot my password’ link.  Clicking this link will send your password to your ‘preferred’ email address that you set up upon registration.

  5. I’m using AOL and getting an error when viewing certain webpages; what should I do?
    AOL’s browser has problems with some of our web applications. Use Internet Explorer (Start > All Programs > Internet Explorer)

  6. Why can’t I access certain websites?

    Do you use a pop-up blocker?
    If Yes:  Pop-up blocker may be interfering with your web browser.  Try opening the web page with pop-up blocker off.  If this solves the problem then the pop-up blocker may need to be disabled or the settings changed to allow certain pages.
