1. Why do I have static on my phone line?

   If you are using a cordless phone, most of them are not compatible with our PBX

   Make sure you are plugged into the phone jack.

3. Why doesn’t my phone ring?
   Check to see if your ringer is turned on and verify that you have the correct extension for your room.

   This might be due to the phone on the other end of the line being off the hook.

5. Why can’t I dial long distance?

   You need to get an access code in order to make long distance calls.  Please contact the business office at ext. 6532
