Bachelor of Science
Organizational Management

The Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Management develops your skills in the human aspects of managing organizations, including continuous improvement, outsourcing, globalization, right-sizing, re-engineering, team building and communication. In addition, you’ll obtain a strong business management foundation in accounting, economics, marketing and human resources management.

The degree is available to all adult students; however the accelerated EXCEL Track is specially designed for those students who have already earned 50+ credits at an accredited college or university. The EXCEL program is based on the cohort model where students become part of a group that learns and makes decisions collaboratively, and it incorporates group activities that mirror a typical organizational environment. Students plan, develop and complete work-related projects, which, combined with teamwork in the classroom, provides the opportunity to learn by doing.
