Writing Tutoring

Graduate and Continuing Studies students at Daniel Webster College can obtain free writing tutoring and useful writing handouts through the Online Writing Lab (OWL). At the OWL, students can receive feedback on writing at any stage (brainstorming, rough draft, middle draft, near-final draft) and on proofreading, organizational, formatting, and research issues. We help with writing from all courses--not just courses labeled "English." To obtain online tutoring, students need to gain access to the OWL which utilizes a Blackboard site. Send an email to Jean Anderson, DWC Registrar, at registrar@dwc.edu. In the subject line of the email, write REQUEST FOR ENROLLMENT IN ONLINE WRITING LAB. In the body of the email, include your name and your DWC email address. Go to Writing Program.
