Essentials of BA introduces a clear methodology to understand and continuously improve any organization's business operations.

Learning Objectives
At the end of this class, participants will be able to:

  • Profile a company's business maturity

  • Develop an operating vision

  • Develop a lean culture and gain the benefits of lean operations

  • Install metrics to keep their organization focused

  • Apply a full continuous improvement toolkit derived from TQM and Six Sigma

  • Determine how to better deploy resources on initiatives

  • Understand and improve any business process

  • Create a business case of action

  • Use Kaizen Events to gain immediate operating benefits

  • Use Activity Based Costing to analyze product and customer profitability

  • Use the language of finance effectively
