Opening Office 2007 Documents
with earlier Office versions

Your students are likely to have the newest versions of programs, including Microsoft Office 2007. If you have an earlier version of Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) you will need to download a patch from Microsoft in order to open, edit or save Office 2007 documents, workbooks or presentations.

Click Here to go to the page to download the required program.

Note: All PC’s on campus have had the patch downloaded to them.  You will only need to do this on your home PC.
