Scope: James Joyce was a British poet, essayist, and dramatist. He was a part of the literary life in Paris during the 1920’s. His novels are psychological and study the inner thoughts and motivations of the characters. His novels A Portrait of the Artist as a Young Man, Finnegan’s Wake, and Ulysses are his most well known works.
