Scope: Native Americans possess around 54 million acres of land in the United States including villages, colonies, and reservations. Throughout history they have been the victims of land disputes, vicious attacks, disease, and property destruction, yet their contributions to our society remain solid. The purpose of this pathfinder is to serve as a guideline for the student in locating library resources that will foster an understanding of Native American culture.
There are sources located in the Reference Section of the Baddour Library that give a general overview or summary of the topic you are researching. The following is a list of some of the sources available in the library.
