SCOPE: The 1990s was a decade that experienced an explosion in communication with the advent of the internet and e-mail that changed the way we communicate and do business. It was a decade of superstars and media advertisement in sports, music, and film. Reminiscences of the scandals of the Nixon administration emerged with President Clinton being exposed for lying and breach of ethical conduct.
