SCOPE: In business change is often a necessary factor to insure growth and revitalize an organization. The decision to move forward is the responsibility of the leaders and management team who attempt to transform the organization in spite of the workers attempts to retain the status quo. There usually exists a tension between innovating new business and preserving old success. ( Peter Senge, The Dance of Change) The purpose of this pathfinder is to serve as a guideline for student research. It is not intended as a comprehensive listing of all the materials available in the library on this topic, but as a selective sampling of the many types of resources available.
