NASHUA, N.H. - Joseph J. Dini, of Bedford,
senior vice president, Sovereign Bank, director,
aircraft lending, was recently elected to the Board of
Trustees at Daniel Webster College.
Dini, who holds a master
of science degree in business management from Lesley
University, is ex-officio president and current board
member of the National Aircraft Finance Association (NAFA).
NAFA is a non-profit
corporation dedicated to promoting the general welfare
of individuals and organizations providing aircraft
financing and loans secured by aircraft, improving the
industry's service to the public, and working with
government agencies to foster a greater understanding of
its member's needs.
Dini is the author of
numerous financial and aviation journal articles and a
recognized speaker on aircraft finance management. A
U.S. Air Force Auxiliary officer, Dini is a licensed
pilot.
He currently is a Paul
Harris Fellow of Rotary International and has been
listed in Who' Who in America and in Finance. An active
community member, Dini has also been on the faculty of
several Boston-area colleges and universities. He is
married to Teresa A. Dini and they have one adult
daughter.
