Michael Stomsnes, of Milford,
NH, get ready to gather more than 100 coats, scarves, hats and sweaters
collected by college’s Social Science majors for their third annual coat
drive for the Nashua Soup Kitchen and Shelter.
The Social Science
major at Daniel Webster College is designed for students who share a
humanistic interest in the contemporary issues and social problems that
shape the lives of people in communities throughout American and around
the world. The major provides preparation for careers in management,
government and non-profit organizations, and it serves as a strong
foundation for students planning to pursue advanced degrees in business,
