Daniel Webster College Names Heather D. Thibodeau as Director of
Portsmouth Campus
(Portsmouth, NH) - Heather D. Thibodeau, M.Ed., of Newmarket, was
recently named director of Daniel Webster College's (DWC) Portsmouth,
NH, campus at Pease International Tradeport.
Thibodeau brings energy and enthusiasm to a position that works closely
not only with continuing studies, undergraduate and graduate students,
but with businesses and organizations along the Seacoast of New
Hampshire and Maine.
Thibodeau has extensive experience working with non-profit, municipal,
and educational organizations in improving program focus and enhancing
service quality. Her most recent position was with the Exeter Region
Cooperative School District as director of the Rockingham County Adult
Education Tutorial Program where she led the development and execution
of the programs and multi-site academic offerings.
She
holds certificates in leadership and career planning, a Master's degree
in Counseling and Adult Learning from Plymouth State University, and a
Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Management from Southern
New Hampshire University.
DWC's Portsmouth campus, at 119 International Drive, offers EXCEL, the
college's Accelerated Bachelor's Degree Completion Program that meet one
night a week for as few as 18 months. EXCEL programs include
Organizational Management, Marketing Management and Management &
Information Technology.
All
faculty at DWC's Portsmouth campus are seasoned professionals with
advanced academic credentials, have teaching experience with adult
students and real-world experience in their areas of expertise.
Additionally, the facility features state-of-the-art, conference-style
classrooms wired with the latest technology, as well as a new computer
lab.
In addition to the EXCEL program, the Portsmouth campus offers associate
degree programs, individual courses, an MBA degree program, and
professional certificate programs in .NET, UNIX Programming/System
Administration, and Web Design.
Daniel Webster College's Portsmouth campus has also unveiled two new
evening baccalaureate programs in Organizational Leadership (on campus
