10. During the month of August, DWC will assign you your First-Year academic advisor. In addition to providing your advisor with your demographic information and test scores, we will also provide them with this form. To help your advisor know who you are in ways that extend beyond grades and test scores, please write a short “Dear Advisor” letter that will let your advisor know what you hope to accomplish while attending DWC. What goals will influence the ways you choose classes and activities? Do you already have a “master plan” for your academic experience here at DWC? What interests you now?
