Organizations today seek versatile, technologically-literate employees who can contribute and thrive in a team environment. Daniel Webster College's MBA degree program is designed to help students develop critical thinking, intellectual flexibility, analytical and applied research skills, creativity, and professional integrity and ethics.
The MBA degree program emphasizes three fundamental aspects of management: leadership, communication and effective decision-making based on quantitative and qualitative data. Courses in leadership, organizational behavior and project management are designed to allow students to develop the social skills needed in a team-based organizational environment. Finance, accounting, forecasting and analysis courses offer a financial management foundation. Global management topics provide exposure to interactive and international business models.
Upon completion of the Master of Business Administration (MBA) program, graduates should be able to use the necessary knowledge, skills, and attitudes to competently and ethically function as managers and leaders in both for-profit and not-for profit organizational environments.
