SOAR (Student
Online Access to Records) Instructions
At the
site you will find:
-
All courses you have taken with the grade earned
-
Your semester and cumulative GPA's
-
Semester grades and future semester grades will be available as soon as
they are posted
-
Your class schedule so you can confirm that you are registered in the
correct classes
-
The master schedule to assist with class selection if you need to change
your schedule
-
Your student account including all charges, credits, and pending or
verified financial aid
-
The ability to run a degree audit to check progress toward your Associate
or Bachelor of Science degree

Procedure:
Go to
www.dwc.edu
-
Click on Current Students or
use Jump to Web Based Student Services
-
Click on SOAR (Student
Online Access to Records)
-
Read the bulleted items
-
Click on Login
-
Username: Use the prefix of your DWC
email account (all characters preceding the @ sign).
-
Password: Enter your DWC ID number
found on your ID card including any leading zero's
-
When in SOAR click on Change
Password
-
Your new password should be 5-9
characters - at least one character must be a number
-
Remember that your password is case
sensitive
DO NOT
SHARE YOUR PASSWORD WITH ANYONE
Basic
computer protocol needs to be followed. Passwords are meant to protect
information.

If your
spouse would like to have access to your academic record or your student
account, we suggest one of the following:

Screen print/cut, paste, and print and mail them a copy

Screen print/cut, paste, and print and fax them a copy
-
Screen print/cut and paste and send as an email attachment

Login at home and show them the screens
