VA Educational Benefits
The Registrar's Office at Daniel Webster College certifies enrollment dates and courses taken at this institution. The information is sent to the VA Educational Benefits Department on the appropriate VA Form.
The student is responsible to supply the Registrar's Office :

Application for VA Educational Benefits (VA-form 22-1990) OR
-
Request for Change of Program or Place of Training (VA-form 22-5495)

A copy of their DD214 Certificate of Release or Discharge from Active Duty.
Application for VA Educational Benefits and Change of Program or Place of Training forms are available in the Registrar's Office.

General information on VA Education Benefits:

Non active duty benefits - the student will receive a monthly stipend. The amount may vary from student to student depending on which VA Bill is applicable and how many courses are being taken. All payments from the VA go directly to the student.

Active duty benefits - the student may be eligible for tuition assistance and may also receive a monthly stipend. All payments from the VA go directly to the student.

Vocational Rehabilitation for disabled veterans - the student needs to meet with a Vocational Rehabilitation Specialist from the VA prior to enrolling in courses at Daniel Webster College. Tuition, fees, and books may be covered and payment comes directly to the College. In addition, the student may get a monthly stipend depending on the training status. |
